Mollusk on natural matrix.
Name:
Cardinia authelini
Age: Lower Sinemurian (Lower Jurassic)
Origin: quarry "Metzert", Belgium.
Size:
60mm (2.36") on a 120mm matrix.
Weight : 1100 gr.
Note that I also put another one for sale. But these are the only two I will let go out of my collection!
To the best of my knowledge, this species has never been for sale on ebay! And, I guess it is (nearly) impossible to obtain on the web. Also, I never this
species coming from anywhere else in the world!
