"Dupont Smokeless Powder" Pinback 7/8ths" Standing Quail 1897 Copyright

Description

There were several pinbacks and other advertising materials and print ads depicting this image of a standing quail.  This is the smallest and probably the earliest.  First photo shows it blown up many times, as it is only 7/8ths" in diameter.  I'd rate it at Excellent minus only because the celluloid luster is fading.  No issues with the front, and VG++ Whitehead and Hoag backpaper.  This pin is close to 120 years old.  Displays great. Buyer pays mail to USA ONLY.  No foreign sales.
